CTVP Participate in the Brit Milah of new born baby of recently shot Terror Victim
Just a few weeks ago Neta and Sharon Shoker were injured in a terror shooting near the settlement of Tene Omarim in the south of Mt. Hebron. Terrorists opened fire from a passing vehicle at the car in which the couple were riding. The injured couple continued till the entrance to the Hospital where Neta was hurried into the operating room for an urgent caesarean operation – in which a short time later she gave birth to a baby boy.
Neta is still in the hospital recovering from her injuries Her
condition is improving and she was able to go down to the synagogue and took part in the Brit Milah while being escorted by medical staff and sitting on her hospital bed.
The excitement among the family members and friends was a doubleexcitement and a double celebration. They were celebrating both the miracle that saved this brave couple's lives and for the birth of their son who they called Yisrael Liad.
A delegation from Chabad arrived and took part in their joy. Among them was the Rabbi and Shaliach of Chabad to the settlement Tene Omarim, Rabbi Joseph Yitzchak Druk along with the Shaliach to Beer sheva Rabbi Zalman Gorelik and Rabbi Menachem Kutner of the Chabad Terror Victim Project
