 CTVP Visits The Wounded.

Soroka hospital in Beer Sheva and in Tel Hashomer have received there first (and hopefully last) wave of injured Israeli soldiers today. Tzerei Chabad of Israel has sent Rabbi Menachem Kutner‚ Rabbi Zalmen Gorelik and Rabbi Levi Gopin to visit the soldiers and bring words of comfort. ''The Chabad Shluchim all over the world pray for your recovery and success in your brave mission" said Rabbi Kutner to the wounded. '' Words are not enough to express our thanks for your dedication and commitment to protect the Jewish People and our holy Land‚" Rabbi Kutner continued.

The IDF has launched a massive campaign into Gaza which began Saturday evening.  The wounded have come in but are eager to get back to the fields and "finish our job", one soldier told Rabbi Zalmen Gorelik,  "The courage of these brave men and women knows no bounds" said Rabbi Zalmen Gopin who maitians the Chabad branch in Tel Hashomer. 

 Chabad representatives have been putting on Tfillin and handing out books of psalms to the soldiers with messages of hope and encouragement since the onset of the Gaza Attacks last week. Food baskets and words of support  have come from overseas to the Chabad Shluchim in Israel, who are then asked to pass these messages  on to the soldiers. 

The waiting rooms were full of families, waiting anxiously to hear about there loved ones. The Rabbis  comforted them as well and will continue do so for as long as needed. 
 

The  recently injured soldier's names are 
Liel Husha ben Miriam - critically wounded to the head, severe damage. 
Neriya ben Rebecca - wounded very severely damage to the head. 
Yitzhak Ben Nava - moderately wounded shoulder. 
Nisanel Ben Nava - moderate damage shrapnel wounded knee.
Maxim Ben Olga - lightly wounded leg, going through analysis hit by shrapnel. 
Israel Ben Ilana - lightly wounded by fragments ear. 
Avita Ben Freida - lightly wounded by fragments. 
Idan Ben Liora - lightly wounded by fragments. 
Nadav Ben Maria - lightly wounded by fragments 
Noam Ben Elsa - leg  lost at Nahal Oz one month ago doctors fighting to save the second leg. 
Please say Thilim and give Charity in merit of the soldiers that they should have a complete and speedy recovery.
