Pesach

Of all the holidays on the Jewish calendar, Pesach is the one most associated with family. For families who have lost a loved one to terror or war, or those who have a family member who has been seriously injured, this is a very painful time when they keenly feel the loss and grief.

CTVP provides financial assistance to these families so they can purchase the special foods which are a vital part of the celebration of Pesach. As well, CTVP ensures that all these families have the special shmurah matzah.

Families are invited to the homes of volunteers for the Seder and large public Sedarim are also held by CTVP around Israel so no one is left out.

It is very important during this family holiday of Pesach that these families, who suffer so much from their pain and losses, are included in the celebration and feel themselves a part of the community and of the Jewish People worldwide.
